UPS automatically creates a tracking number to track every shipment. This is sent to the e-mail address that you specify in your order.

You are welcome to pick up your items yourself if you prefer. Our delivery channels are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm for collecting goods. We can ship container lengths of up to 40 feet.
Just select the option “collect” on your enquiry/order. We will contact you promptly regarding possible dates for pick-up of your goods.

It is difficult to state the exact shipping costs in advance. Various factors like the shipment method selected ( express, airfreight, etc.), surcharges from freight forwarders, and the delivery location (for example, international shipments) effect the actual delivery costs. We therefore process your enquiry/order in our logistics department first and determine the most economical shipping cost for you. We provide you with this information in our written offer.
